BN Media has released the official trailer for its upcoming dance-drama series ‘Breakout.’

Benneth Nwankwo directed and produced the series, which has been dubbed “Nigeria’s First Dance Series,” that follows a group of dancers at a university as they are thrust into a world where every move is a test.

They will discover how far they are willing to go to realize their dreams and seize their opportunities as they navigate their dancing careers, relationships, friendships, family, and school.

Some of the series’ cast members are introduced in the trailer, including Abayomi Alvin and dancers Dancephilus, Melvin Dafatone, Smasha Fierce, Badgirl Ella, Mas Lucado, Oma Mibel, and Annabel Chigbo, among others.

The show’s six-episode first season is been written by Maryann Ilebaye Matthew and co-produced by Michael Chineme Ike, with Directors of Photography John Okonkwo Chukwu and Victor Chukwuka Oramali.

In March, principal photography for the show’s first season concluded.
